The name carries two meanings, and I mean both of them.

It's from Proverbs, and it's the honest description of how I work. I don't take a spec and disappear for three months. I sit with the people who own the problem and build it with them, in the open. They get a tool shaped by the real job instead of a guess at it. I come out knowing their business and sharper than I went in. That exchange is the whole point.
Strike while the iron is hot.
AI isn't a someday technology. It's hot right now, and hot metal only stays workable for so long. Every business is going to run on this eventually. The only real choice is whether you shape it while it's still soft or inherit whatever cools without you. There has never been a better moment to swing.
